NAOMI AYALA
Managing Attorney & CEO
Naomi Ayala is an experienced attorney focused exclusively on real estate and business law. She has represented many individuals, organizations, and businesses with a wide range of real estate and property law matters including construction disputes, purchase and sale disputes, title disputes, lease agreements, and real estate fraud. Prior to starting The Ayala Firm, Naomi was a litigation associate at a major law firm in Miami handling large commercial, construction and real estate cases.
In addition to her practice, Naomi is passionate about the I/DD (intellectually and developmentally disabled) community and currently serves on the board for The IDDeal Foundation, a local non-profit organization serving the I/DD community. She's also involved in Lawyers for Children, a pro bono organization, serving as the Attorney Ad Litem for a young girl. For several years, she also supported the Streetlaw program, which partners with local schools to provide interactive methods to teach students practical law lessons.
Naomi earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Central Florida and her law degree from Boston College.

SOFIYA SHOAIB
Associate Attorney
Sofiya Shoaib, Esq. attended Hofstra University School of Law in New York, where she graduated with Juris Doctorate degrees in 2012. After law school, she gained valuable experience in private legal practice working with solo practitioners and law firms in New York, eventually moving onto to pass the Florida Bar and expand her practice to Florida.
Sofiya gained her initial knowledge and experience in Real Estate Law, Civil Litigation and Family law in New York before relocating to Florida in early 2017. Ms. Shoaib is licensed to practice law in both Florida and New York. She handles each client’s matter with diligence, compassion and patience and provides her clients with a comprehensive, individualized legal approach to each unique matter.
Sofiya was raised to be a fierce advocate of justice from a young age and provides her clients with a down to earth and straight forward approach to their respective legal issues so that every single client understands the legal process and knows that their interests are being fully represented and fully protected.
